The Arlington was born out of one simple thought—this would be awesome. Matt’s been in the industry for 25 years, has worked for a lot of other folks, but now it’s finally his turn to do his own thing. The four of us owners come from totally different backgrounds—different jobs, different life experiences—but somehow, we all landed here, building this place together as a family. It’s not about following some big business plan; it’s about creating a spot we’d want to hang out at—a place with great drinks, good food, and an atmosphere that just feels right. We live here, we work here, our kids go to school here… and now we serve beer here. Feels like a pretty cool story to us.
